Image Import Workaround
- Export your external blog via the WordPress admin
- Create a new free wordpress.com blog
- Import your exported blog to the new wordpress.com blog
- Delete your BlogFeeder feed, along with any Shopify articles that were imported from your external blog (if any)
- Add a new feed to BlogFeeder, using the new wordpress.com blog
- After full synchronization is complete, delete or unpublish all articles from your wordpress.com blog, leaving only the images behind
- Edit the BlogFeeder feed settings and disable the "canonical" option so that the imported articles no longer point to the (now deleted/unpublished) wordpress posts
- Decommission your self-hosted blog at your leisure
